LHH Recruitment Solutions is urgently seeking a Medical AR Specialist for our healthcare client located in Fort Worth. This will be a full-time, contract position and 100% onsite.

This position will be assisting with the backlog of aged AR, analyzing denials, correcting claims and resubmitting, collections, posting payments, and appeals and grievances. This will be a high-volume position and interested candidates must feel comfortable jumping right into the aged AR!

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical AR/billing experience
• Must be proficient working within Athena EMR Software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to problem-solve independently and critically think
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient working within multiple software systems including Athena EMR
