Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for administrative support to company leaders.
Communicate information efficiently to employees and leadership.
Plan and coordinate company events and celebrations.
Manage inbound calls and direct inquiries.
Maintain digital filing systems and accurate records.
Order and manage office supplies and promotional materials.
Organize supply closets and storage areas.
Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate maintenance and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Greet visitors and clients professionally.
Handle mail and packages efficiently.
Support internal meetings with room bookings and materials.
Assist with travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support across departments.
Plan employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years in administrative, office management, or customer-facing roles.
People management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and empathetic customer service.
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and self-motivation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $28-32 per hour.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
