Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a new opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas? This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify timekeeping records for non-exempt employees.
Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes and managerial review.
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
Ensure full-cycle payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Comply with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
Enter data into payroll and administrative databases/programs.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Prepare payroll reports for internal and external audits.
Assist with auditing agency reports and invoices.
Process all new hires, changes, and updates in ADP WFN.
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential.
Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaise with service providers.
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Perform clerical duties such as opening, sorting, and distributing mail, copying, scanning, filing, and shredding documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
A minimum of two or more years of payroll processing experience is required.
ADP WFN/ADI knowledge/experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work well with all levels of management.
Demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
Perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in MS Windows with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
