Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for handling various human resource functions which includes but not limited to:
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee records and generate HR reports.
Oversee the recruitment processes.
Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Oversee benefits administration.
Collaborate with departments to align HR strategies with company goals.
Facilitate training programs and ensure alignment with company values.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
At least 8+ years of HR Generalist experience
Construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred
Must have Workday software experience
Bilingual in Spanish required
Must possess a deep understanding of HR functions
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing work
Details:
Onsite, M-F, 8-5
Pay: $85,000-95,000 annually
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Dallas, TX 76155
