Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions effectively and efficiently
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue payments and address any billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AR activities
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting processes
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports
- Conduct research to resolve complex billing and payment issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow up with clients and manage relationships effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
