Job Posting: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Franklin, TN
Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year
Type: Direct Hire (hybrid schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Expereince in Healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
