Job Description: As a B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, excellent attention to detail, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Process customer payments and reconcile accounts
Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
