LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Plant Finance Manager with proven experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting to support a high-performing production facility. This role is essential to driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Lead cost accounting efforts, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

  • Partner with plant leadership to identify cost improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes and financial statements.

  • Utilize QAD ERP software to manage financial data, reporting, and system integrity—QAD experience is a must-have.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial goals.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting.

  • Hands-on experience with QAD ERP softwarethis is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
