LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Plant Finance Manager with proven experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting to support a high-performing production facility. This role is essential to driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Lead cost accounting efforts, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Partner with plant leadership to identify cost improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes and financial statements.
Utilize QAD ERP software to manage financial data, reporting, and system integrity—QAD experience is a must-have.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial goals.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting.
Hands-on experience with QAD ERP software—this is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
