Sr. HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) – Free Hold, NJ LHH is proactively recruiting for a Sr. HR Generalist near Free Hold, NJ. This position is Direct Hire (Perm) position, onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $90,000-$150,000 depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Responsibilities: Will be handling recruitment with job postings, screening, and interviewing New Hire Orientation Enhance company culture Employee relations Manage performance of employees Will handle employee benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, etc. Answer employee questions pertaining to benefits Understanding local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations Help with strategizing the HR Department Will oversee the payroll Qualifications: Must have bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration 6-8 years background in HR position preferred Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suites Must be organized Have great communications both verbal and written Must be Bilingual Spanish Employment type: Direct Hire Salary: The anticipated salary range is between $90,000- $150,0000 Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year Search managed by: Stephanie Peckerofsky
