Job Posting: Data Entry Clerk (2 Openings)
Location: Hybrid position - In-office Tuesday through Thursday, WFH Monday and Friday
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Fremont, Michigan 49412
Pay: $14.87hr
Duties:
Enter updated data into Cority (training provided; previous experience not required).
Maintain and update database or Excel files with new and revised information.
Verify data accuracy by comparing with source documents.
Perform data replacement and corrections as needed.
Save and rename new versions of documents appropriately.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of proven experience in a data entry clerk or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Familiarity with:
Find and replace functions
Document management: opening, renaming, saving, and entering revisions
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently once trained.
Pay Details: $14.87 per hour
