LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring HR Admin in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with a range of HR activities, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Pay Rate: $25 /hr Location: Fremont Work Type: Contract to Hire - 2-3 months to conversion Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, fully onsite Responsibilities:



  • Payroll support - timesheet audits, adjustments, and data entry (Excel, Paychex)


  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and accurate.


  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.


  • Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and HRIS data.


  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.


  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements:



  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.


  • Knowledge of HR best practices and principles.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
