$24.00 - $27.00 per Hour
- Prepare and review tax returns, filings, and documentation for the firm and its clients.
- Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time to relevant authorities.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the firm’s practices comply with current tax legislation
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and information for tax purposes.
- Coordinate and assist with tax audits, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries from clients regarding tax matters.
- Assist with client communications, including sending reminders and follow-up emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative role, preferably professional services
