Responsibilities:

• Administer various employee benefit programs.

• Assist employees with enrolling in benefits plans.

• Provide new hires with information of benefits and instruct on enrollment procedures.

• Conduct benefits orientations.

• Maintain employee benefits filing systems.

• Resolve any discrepancies with carrier representatives .

• Administer COBRA.

• Provide ongoing support to the HR and benefits teams.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of benefits administration experience

• Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Details:

• Onsite, M-F, 8-5

• Pay: $60,000-65,000 annually

• Type: Direct Hire

• Location: Garland, TX 75040
