Responsibilities:
Administer various employee benefit programs.
Assist employees with enrolling in benefits plans.
Provide new hires with information of benefits and instruct on enrollment procedures.
Conduct benefits orientations.
Maintain employee benefits filing systems.
Resolve any discrepancies with carrier representatives .
Administer COBRA.
Provide ongoing support to the HR and benefits teams.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
4+ years of benefits administration experience
Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Details:
Onsite, M-F, 8-5
Pay: $60,000-65,000 annually
