Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently.
- Manage union payroll processes with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, specifically within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing union payroll.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Viewpoint software is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
