We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing company in Germantown, WI. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer support, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
Process customer orders, returns, and product inquiries using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping, quality, etc.) to resolve customer issues
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in ERP/CRM systems
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service or call center experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or CRM software
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
Pay: $18 - $22 /hr
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
