We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing company in Germantown, WI. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer support, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy

  • Process customer orders, returns, and product inquiries using internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping, quality, etc.) to resolve customer issues

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in ERP/CRM systems

  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or CRM software

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently


Pay: $18 - $22 /hr



Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
