LHH is looking for strong Inside Sales Representatives in the South Mesa area! The ideal candidate would have business-to-business experience and order entry experience. You will be assisting clients with status of their orders, updating ETA’s of delivery and updating account information as needed. This Inside Sales rep would visit different vendors sites in and out of state and country a few times a year but ensure account management is maintained and the client is extremely satisfied. Project management is involved as you are trying to think of new ways to keep sites happy and acting as a liaison to the sales representative and administrative or accounting team.


The Inside Sales Representative ensures vendors are meeting all safety and compliance guidelines.


This person will be the go-to person for all client services and customer service inquiries for the accounts you manage.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.


  • Understand and anticipate client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and services.


  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.


  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, products, or services to clients.


  • Manage client expectations and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and updates effectively.


  • Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of our products or services, ensuring a smooth transition.


  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with the client's needs and goals.


  • Handle and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.


  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, interactions, and communications in CRM systems.


  • Generate and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.


  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and participate in client retention strategies.


  • Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.


  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve client service skills


Requirements:



  • Must be willing to travel about 10% of the year locally, out of state and out of the country.


  • Must have high school diploma or GED


  • At least 2 years of client services, inside sales or customer support experience


Pay: $58k annual salary - $65k annual salary depending on experience


Direct-hire opportunity within a construction and/or manufacturing setting.
