This dynamic role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively and enjoys having a great team around them!

Job Duties

· Facilitate effective communication between onsite property teams and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.

· Assist with financial processes, including invoice processing and basic bookkeeping tasks.

· Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other software tools.

· Support daily administrative activities to help manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Contribute to the implementation and improvement of property management systems and processes.

Job Qualifications

· Proven proficiency in Excel and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Demonstrated organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

· Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

· Prior experience with Yardi or similar property management software is considered an asset.
