LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client with a search for an accounts receivable specialist. The company is located in the west suburbs and is onsite. This is a permanent role supporting the accounting team with full cycle accounts receivable. The company offers a variety of benefits including medical, dental, PTO and 401K.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update customer accounts

  • Invoicing customers

  • Collection calls to follow up on outstanding payments

  • Apply payments to customer accounts

  • Research and resolve discrepancies

  • Accounts receivable reports

  • Reconcile customer accounts for month end

Requirements:

  • 2 years of prior experience in an AR role

  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work well in a team setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $50-$65K



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
