Contract Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH has partnered with a distinguished client in Glendale, AZ, to seek a talented and diligent Contract Accounts Payable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Position Details

• Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

• Location: Glendale, AZ

• Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume invoice processing accurately and efficiently

• Process ACH and wire payments promptly

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents

• Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data

• Participate in cleaning up projects to streamline accounts payable processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant accounting software

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage high volumes of invoices and reconcile accounts with precision

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with 3-way matching and payment processing
