A leading company in the industrial sector is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for an energetic self-starter with a passion for driving new business and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve new business development objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM customers.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to production launch and account maintenance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a technical discipline being desirable.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in the industrial manufacturing sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with sourcing, procurement, and engineering personnel.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.

Salary: $90 - 100K (DOE) + Full Benefits

Location: Glenshaw, PA 15116 - Work from home and occasionally in the office
