We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Hybrid Logistics Coordinator to join our team at an organization near Glenwillow, OH area. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of order processing, fulfillment, and delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders..

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

  • Monitor daily order status and proactively address any delays or blocks.

  • Work with internal partners (sales, warehouse, and transportation) to optimize delivery routes and resolve logistics issues.

  • Coordinate resolution efforts for shipping disruptions, including inventory shortages, delivery rescheduling, and post-shipment concerns.

Customer Communication:

  • Communicate with customers to resolve fulfillment issues and confirm delivery details.

  • Keep clients updated on order status and shipment timelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to billing, inventory, and order changes.

Logistics Optimization:

  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance service levels and reduce inefficiencies.

  • Analyze order patterns and performance metrics to improve accuracy and turnaround times.

  • Apply root cause analysis and escalation protocols when necessary.

Collaboration:

  • Interface with supply chain teams, customer service, billing, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination of all order-related activities.

  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, order management, inventory, or distribution operations.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
