Credit & Collections Analyst

Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Golden, CO. You must also be willing to occasionally visit client sites within the Denver Metro Area for meetings.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Credit & Collections Analyst job. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity where you will earn between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour. It is expected to last 3 months. Depending on our client’s needs and your performance, this role could be extended and/or even result in a permanent position. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing customer credit requests


• Collecting funds over phone and e-mail while maintaining positive customer relations


• Compiling and analyzing financial information to determine potential risks in extending credit to customers


• Maintaining document compliance on construction pay applications


• Maintaining compliance with state lien and bond statutes


• Generating collections aging reports and other reports as needed


• Performing industry research


• Reconciling accounts receivable


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent analytical skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $28.00 and $32.00
