Job Title: Supply Chain Data Specialist (Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Data Coordinator to join a great team in a contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various data corrections tasks in Oracle ERP systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in supplier contacts, purchase orders, lead times, safety stocks, quotations, and source rules. This role involves close collaboration with Buyers and Planners to maintain data integrity and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data corrections in Oracle ERP, including:

• Supplier contacts

• Buyer-to-supplier and purchase order alignment

• Lead times, safety stocks, quotations, and source rules

• Collaborate with Buyers to:

• Publish open order reports

• Request and track changes to purchase orders with suppliers

• Work with Planners to:

• Review and clean up open work orders in Oracle

• Enter data manually or via automated data loading formats

• Maintain accurate supplier and buyer records

• Assist with reporting and other supply chain support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Oracle

• Comfortable with both manual data entry and automated data loading

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Prior experience in supply chain or data management preferred
