Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
- Maintain current vendor files and manage payment schedules.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software to monitor accounts payable transactions and generate reports.
- Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
