Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our client's teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional setting and enjoys managing the full AR process while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including handling discrepancies and ensuring timely collections.
Oversee approximately 4,000 invoices per month, with half requiring follow-up for collections.
Communicate with clients via email and phone to resolve payment issues, often initiated by the customer.
Prepare and analyze AR reports using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting trends.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely payment resolutions.
Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in the collections process.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred, though extensive experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
2-5 years of dedicated AR experience is ideal
Prior experience managing the full AR process or leading a small team is highly valued.
Experience in professional services (billing for services rendered)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) is essential, and familiarity with LMS or other billing software is a plus.
