We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Financial Analyst to take ownership of our receivables process, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, optimizing collections, and driving strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation.
Analyze aging reports, identify trends, and implement proactive collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights on customer payment behaviors, credit risk, and cash flow forecasting.
Work closely with customers to resolve billing discrepancies, negotiate payment terms, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing accuracy, streamline AR workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, maintaining detailed documentation of all transactions.
Utilize financial software and reporting tools to track receivables, generate performance metrics, and support leadership in data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in accounts receivable, credit analysis, or financial reporting. Strong background in B2B collections preferred.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights for improving cash flow and collections efficiency.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Great Plains) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and resolve disputes effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous process improvements.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
