Join our team at LHH! We have multiple projects set to start this fall with our partners looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. These positions are contract-based, typically lasting 6-12 months and take place onsite in the Grand Rapids area, with standard business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.   • Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and reconcile accounts.
  • Utilize accounting software to track receivables and generate reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
