Accounts Receivable Specialist

$18.00 - $25.00 per Hour
- Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and reconcile accounts.
- Utilize accounting software to track receivables and generate reports.
- Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
