Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to managers and staff

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming emails

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence accurately and efficiently

  • Manage office supplies and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking

  • Support HR and accounting teams as needed with documentation and onboarding tasks

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Friendly, professional demeanor



Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
