Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office operations and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to managers and staff
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming emails
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
Manage office supplies and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
Support HR and accounting teams as needed with documentation and onboarding tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Friendly, professional demeanor
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
