Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join a team. This dual-function role is responsible for processing timely and accurate payroll, as well as handling the full cycle of accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do:

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly (or weekly/monthly) payroll for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Maintain employee records related to timekeeping, benefits, and compensation.

  • Respond to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and taxes.

  • Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure proper coding and approvals on all payables.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs.

  • Maintain W-9 forms and assist with year-end 1099 processing.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in both payroll and accounts payable.

  • Proficiency with accounting/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Knowledge of applicable labor and tax regulations.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
