The Benefits Administrator oversees the administration of the company’s benefits contracts. This role entails negotiating with service providers, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and keeping meticulous records of all benefits documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in contract negotiations with benefits providers to secure advantageous terms.
- Verify that all benefits agreements are in line with applicable laws and company guidelines.
- Foster constructive relationships with benefits vendors and resolve any arising issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, modifications, and related communications.
- Generate periodic reports detailing the status of benefits agreements and updates in the benefits sector.
- Provide support to employees regarding their benefits and advise on optimal utilization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts or administering benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits schemes and insurance policies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
- Familiarity with contract management systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance industry norms.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
