- Engage in contract negotiations with benefits providers to secure advantageous terms.
- Verify that all benefits agreements are in line with applicable laws and company guidelines.
- Foster constructive relationships with benefits vendors and resolve any arising issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, modifications, and related communications.
- Generate periodic reports detailing the status of benefits agreements and updates in the benefits sector.
- Provide support to employees regarding their benefits and advise on optimal utilization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts or administering benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits schemes and insurance policies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
- Familiarity with contract management systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance industry norms.
