Remote Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls with a focus on resolving outstanding balances professionally and efficiently.

• Utilize the system to manage and track accounts.

• Work with clients and insurance providers to negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts.

• Adhere to compliance standards and company policies while handling sensitive financial information.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of dedicated collections experience

• Epic system experience is a must.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re polished, professional, and persuasive.

• A stable work history—we’re looking for committed professionals, not job hoppers.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, staying organized and self-motivated.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $23 per hour, based on experience.
