We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compensation professional to join a team on a contract to hire basis. This role is critical in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain salary structures and ranges for various roles within the organization. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

  • Manage the annual merit increase process, including the development of merit guidelines, communication with managers, and ensuring accurate and timely implementation of merit increases.

  • Design and implement compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and other reward programs. Ensure plans are aligned with business goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze and provide recommendations for relocation packages for new hires and internal transfers. Ensure packages are competitive and align with company policies.

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and graphs, to analyze compensation data, create reports, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and graph creation.

  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
