We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving sales success. You'll work with company-provided leads—no cold calling required—to convert prospects into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with company-provided leads to convert inquiries into new customers.

  • Customer Solutions: Identify customer security needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process.

  • Consistent Customer Experience: Follow call flow guidelines to deliver a uniform and high-quality customer experience, maximizing conversions.

  • Timely Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to meet and exceed goals.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure accuracy and provide a superior customer experience during the sales closing process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance goals.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and tracking metrics is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.



Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
