Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace? We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our team and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as needed.

  • Maintain a well-organized front office, including handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies.

  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry.

  • Assist leadership with various tasks, including coordination and special projects.

  • Ensure an efficient flow of communication across departments.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Professional and welcoming demeanor with a customer service mindset.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
