We are seeking a results-driven Remote Insurance Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with insurance professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top insurance talent.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various insurance positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.

  • Build relationships with passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruiting approaches.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to ensure a competitive hiring process.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.

  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to enhance employer branding.

  • Maintain compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for roles such as insurance agents, account managers, and claims specialists.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance industry roles, certifications, and qualifications.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
