Customer Service & Support
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator. This role supports daily office operations, assists multiple departments, and ensures that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events
Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other documents
Order and track office supplies and equipment
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Perform basic data entry and recordkeeping duties
Inventory and shipping management.
Accounting functions including some collections, accounts payable, etc.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred
1+ year of administrative or clerical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
Pay Details: $43,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
