Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for organization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to hear from you! As our Temporary Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements with precision.

  • Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.

  • Document Management: Prepare and proofread documents, manage files, and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Office Coordination: Assist with office organization, supply management, and other tasks to maintain an efficient workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we’re open to enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to learn.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a high level of attention to detail.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Attitude: A proactive, positive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
