Temporary Bookkeeper
As a temporary bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
    • Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor accounts.
    • Ensure timely payment of bills and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
    • Identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Generate reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Utilize financial software for data entry and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with Payroll Processing:
    • Collaborate with HR or payroll departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
    • Record payroll transactions and maintain payroll records.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing paperwork.
Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in financial record-keeping.
  • 1+ year experience in Accounting role
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
