$20.00 - $25.00 per Hour



LHH has partnered with a company in the hospitality industry in Grand Rapids, MI, and we are looking for a Worker's Compensation Specialist to join their team! This is a contract role with the possibility of going direct, and will be fully onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage all medical-only workers’ compensation claims across different states.


  • Process claims with insurance providers, engage with injured employees, legal representatives, and claims adjusters to facilitate and aid in the resolution of claims.


  • The position may expand to include additional duties such as overseeing return-to-work programs.


Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting workers’ compensation claims is preferred, but flexibility is available.


  • Familiarity with Origami or Luminous software, as well as Risk Factors, is advantageous but not mandatory.


  • Open to candidates with any degree.
