Responsibilities:

• Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general accounts

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

• Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries

• Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statement

• Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations

• Involved in Business planning, P&L, balance sheet and liquidity planning

• Review weekly cash availability, credit card payment, Franchise & invoices
