We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our client in Greensboro, NC! This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with at least 2 years of experience to join a collaborative team and grow within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage AP/AR

  • Prepare and send client invoices, process payments

  • Monitor receivables and respond to invoice inquiries

  • Maintain customer/vendor profiles and sales orders

  • Support month-end close and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in accounting preferred

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and team-focused

  • Strong communication and time management skills



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $54,000.00 per year
