We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join one of our excellent clients in Greensboro. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the accounting department and operations of the company.
Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and some Accounts Receivable (AR)
Print Bills of Lading
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage checks and deposits
Answer emails and handle minimal phone communication
Coordinate with the company’s CPA to ensure proper documentation for taxes
Process invoices for multiple companies
Follow up on business leads when accounting tasks are up to date
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Open to process improvement and efficiency
QuickBooks experience is a plus (not required)
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
