We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join one of our excellent clients in Greensboro. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the accounting department and operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and some Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Print Bills of Lading

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Manage checks and deposits

• Answer emails and handle minimal phone communication

• Coordinate with the company’s CPA to ensure proper documentation for taxes

• Process invoices for multiple companies

• Follow up on business leads when accounting tasks are up to date

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Open to process improvement and efficiency

• QuickBooks experience is a plus (not required)
