$22.00 - $24.00 per Hour
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant role in Greensboro, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire position. In this role you will be responsible for setting up on-site meetings, working with suppliers, fielding calls, assisting with AP and AR functions and serve as a back up to the Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings and activities, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
Maintain and organize filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and accurate record-keeping.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing mail for delivery.
Enter new suppliers into the IFS ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Provide phone coverage, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 3 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
Strong organizational skills
Strong time-management skills
Positive, can do attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proactive approach to tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
