LHH is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire with benefits paying $55-65k.
Responsibilities:
Heavily focused on coordinating travel arrangements for department’s VP and other members
Review daily calendar to ensure preparation for all meetings/events is complete
Schedule and book flights, rental cars, hotels, catering, etc. for offsite events
Process travel expenses
Provide administrative support for the entire department as needed
Qualifications:
Must have experience providing administrative support to an Executive, VP, or Director
Must have experience coordinating travel within an administrative role
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Experience with Excel and expense reporting system required
