LHH is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire with benefits paying $55-65k.


Responsibilities:



  • Heavily focused on coordinating travel arrangements for department’s VP and other members


  • Review daily calendar to ensure preparation for all meetings/events is complete


  • Schedule and book flights, rental cars, hotels, catering, etc. for offsite events


  • Process travel expenses


  • Provide administrative support for the entire department as needed


Qualifications:



  • Must have experience providing administrative support to an Executive, VP, or Director


  • Must have experience coordinating travel within an administrative role


  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills


  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task


  • Experience with Excel and expense reporting system required
