The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial or residential real estate experience, preferably in a law firm environment. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a team player are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation or review of documents for commercial real estate transactions

  • Reviewing and editing title and survey documents

  • Managing the closing process from pre-closing through post-closing and project completion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial or residential real estate experience, preferably in a law firm environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
