LHH is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with commercial and residential real estate experience in the Greensboro, NC area . The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a high volume desk in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are a skilled and efficient commercial real estate paralegal who exhibits high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure, this is the role for you!
Job Duties:
Preparation and review of commercial real estate transactions and documents
Editing and reviewing title and survey documents
Closing management form pre-closing to post-closing and completion
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial and residential real estate experience
law firm experience
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Compensation:
Salary: $30/hr.-$40/hr.
