LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a growing organization headquartered in Greensboro, NC. This company is currently navigating an exciting phase of expansion through acquisitions, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting operations, team leadership, and month-end close processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting strategic financial initiatives during a pivotal growth period.

Key Responsibilities:

· Evaluate existing processes and propose/implement enhancements.

· Support and guide a small team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings.

· Assist FP&A with monthly spend analysis versus Budget.

· Prepare, review, and post Journal Entries.

· Prepare, analyze, and review Account Reconciliations. Coordinate quarterly Balance Sheet review with the Controller & CFO.

· Conduct data analysis utilizing Excel

· Code and analyze large data sets extracted from ERP system.

· Maintain financial documentation and assist with the Annual Financial Audit.

Qualifications Desired:

· BS in Accounting is preferred.

· Supervisory experience is required.

· ERP experience

· Proficiency in Excel

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
