The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial reporting and consolidations, internal controls, full accounting and P&L responsibility, and leadership of a professional team, You will work directly with senior executives and the CFO. Qualifications and Requirements:

• BS in Accounting or Finance / CPA and MBA would be strongly preferred

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment

• Big 4 plus industry experience is a huge plus

• Strong technical skills with ERP implementation experience

• International experience would also be desirable
