We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role in Greensboro, NC! This is a fully on-site position and is temp to hire! You would be joining a great team. The team is split by the specific accounts that they each manage. We are looking for someone who has manufacturing experience, is proficient in Excel, as this person is sending out weekly inventory reports to customers, and someone who is very comfortable with math!
Responsibilities:
Manage 15-20 accounts, receiving the order in, checking stock and placing PO
Serve as the main point of contact for customer, sales, production and logistics regarding the order to ensure fulfillment
Communicate any concerns with customer and sales person
Maintain a finished goods inventory and manage aged inventory
Enter customer order in ERP
Verify pricing
Process product returns
Maintain customer master data
Review customer forecasts in order to place purchase orders
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
Manufacturing experience required
ERP system experience required
At least 3 years of B2B customer service or related experience
Strong Excel skills
Strong Math skills
Strong communication skills
Team player
Detail oriented
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
