Company Overview: LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal to join our booming practice area. We have a collaborative and congenial work environment, with a team of 8 paralegals and 5 attorneys who are committed to providing exceptional legal services. Our firm is known for its great environment and benefits, and our attorneys tend to stay with us for the long term.
Position Summary: We have an immediate opening for a full-time Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in both estate planning and estate administration, although we are willing to train the right candidate with basic knowledge. This is a fully onsite position, as we value collaboration and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle estate planning and estate administration tasks, including drafting and preparing legal documents.
Assist attorneys with managing client files and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties involved in the estate planning and administration process.
Utilize HotDocs software for document preparation and management.
Support attorneys by preparing for meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing workflow.
Qualifications:
Experience in estate planning and estate administration is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with basic knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in HotDocs software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
Fully onsite position to foster collaboration and teamwork.
No billable hour requirement, but productivity is monitored.
Reporting to 2 or 3 attorneys depending on workflow.
Compensation:
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
